Success, like sports, is a team effort. I've learned through my own personal experiences - successes and failures, achievements and setbacks - how important my own team is. The names of our apparel is a tribute to those women who helped get me where I am today. My goal in creating NGL sportswear is that you too may recognize in yourself those intelligent, beautiful, and powerful women that have helped you, and in doing so create a community of women who recognize our own self-worth and self-assurance.
